Our go-to for most steel jobs, ground HSS with a 135° split point ensures clean starts, less wander, and lasting performance. Also sharp and reliable for plastics like uPVC and ABS. For harder steels and stainless, cobalt alloys (M35/M42) offer better heat resistance and edge retention. Run slowly with light pressure and keep bits cool for best results.
TCT
Tungsten carbide-tipped bits for when cobalt isn’t enough. Ideal for extreme materials like high-tensile fasteners, hardened bolts, and heavy-duty security plates. Often used by locksmiths, fabricators, and engineers. Requires precision and care.
