Delivery
We endeavour to despatch all orders received on the same working day.
Next Working Day Delivery is FREE on all orders above £50.00. Orders under £50.00 will be charged £2.90 for Royal Mail delivery or if you need your items quickly £5.50 for next day courier.
If your item is a small order we usually despatch your item with Royal Mail, however if your order consists of more bulky items or is of higher value we will send with next day courier.
Please note, if you live in the Channel Isles, Jersey, Guernsey, Scilly, Northern Ireland, The Hebrides, Scottish Islands and The Isle of Man, there is an additional delivery charge of £10.00 in addition to your selected delivery method.
If there are any discrepancies upon receipt of your item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve your issue quickly and efficiently.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you have received then return them to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure you return the item in the same condition you received it. We require written confirmation by e-mail to info@ukdrills.com before returning the items to us.
